Today we are going to do something different. In the comments section share your strategy including entry level, SL, TP and the technical/fundamental analysis used to plan the trade. I will follow the best anaylisis and by the end of the day we will sum up the result and see who developed the best analysis, based on today´s price move.

  1. Hi Guys, hope all is awesome :)

Again, I'm in no position at the moment.

I follow my D1 price action strategy using 3 bar types as confirmation, preferable at key confluences.

this leaves me out of the market more often, but it is also the most profitable strategy for me.

as for XAU, I'm waiting for a test of FIBO 61.8 @ 1297.8 which is also a strong support / resistance level for me.

if the FIBO is broken I'll go long with 1st target of 1307. if the test fails I'll go short on a pinbar confirmation, first target 1277 and then 1268.

Stops will be at 1:2.25 Risk/Reward.

until the above play is completed I'll be out.

On other pairs I have a short on USD/CHF since monday. Moving the SL into profit at the end of today.

Again, I want to thanks you and the other members for a place to discuss strategies with like minded people, I kind of lost it with the silly derogatory commemnts from people on investing.com, etc, etc..

    Happy and safe trading !!

    3. 1290 is the hourly support so for me the short term strategy is excellent because it has low risk and the entry level is at the support. Hopefully stop hunting does not take you out but at least you have a sound strategy and that is a win by itself.

    1. Well we've said that the market is bullish since 1262 and I mentioned this week that shorts on a bull market are not a smart choice. so I don't know what to say.
