As an opening update I'm going to copy one of the replies that I submitted earlier."Great. Be careful at the opening today because if it does not go up within 2 hours after market opening we may expect a deeper correction for next week. Options are to hedge the long position or close it breakeven if possible. Watch Eur/Usd and US 10 yr Note for direction, they usually move in the same direction altogether."

  9. cmolin I´m sorry that I deleted your comment unintentionally when I was deleting mine, the question about the platform was for jorge lugo who asked what a hedge was.

  10. No worries. In longer term I feel it should go back up so do u have any suggestion if I should adjust my SL further?

  11. Well, you can hedge now so you make money on the way down and have more room with your equity on the way back up.

  12. Am thinking of i should pit another long position or a short one in case it goes further

  13. Put in a short. Both my long has hit SL before I got a chance to adjust further

  14. Ok if you are short you are ok as long as the price stays below 1338. My SL was not actually hit (I thought it was just by looking at the price on my phone) for some reason so I put on hedge on my long and will wait till tomorrow to see what the daily chart does tomorrow.

  16. So when u say hedge, u adjust ur SL further?

  17. When you are on a hedge you are long and short at the same time so your equity does not change until you close one of the positions or a SL order is hit (you don´t necessarily use SL orders unless you want to close one of the positions at a certain level).
